Student Voice @ Alternative Provision

A co-design poster project created with pupils in internal exclusion. The programme supported students to reconnect with their values, rebuild confidence, and reintegrate into mainstream school life. Through guided design thinking and creative exploration, pupils identified what they felt strongly about and developed these ideas into clear advocacy messages. Each student designed a bold poster using visual communication, colour, layout and typography to express their voice. Seeing their messages displayed within the school helped them feel heard and valued. This process had a positive impact on motivation, self-belief and their successful return to the wider school community.
