Advocacy Posters @ Bow Arts

A collaborative design project with Bow Arts and students from Selwyn Primary School, developed over six creative sessions. Pupils were guided through a full design process — from exploring what they care about, to defining and articulating the messages they wanted to amplify. Through hands-on experimentation with layout, colour, typography, digital tools, and visual storytelling, each student created a bold advocacy poster that gives visibility to their own voice and the issues that matter to them. The project championed creativity as a tool for empowerment, enabling young people to speak up, be seen, and influence their school community through art.
