Philosophy for Children Typography

A co-designed typography project with Year 6 students, exploring art and philosophy through creative expression. Each student designed their own stencil font and spray-painted it onto a school wall, collectively forming a large-scale poem about their primary school experiences. The project invited students to “leave their mark” as they prepared to move on to secondary school, blending visual art with reflective dialogue inspired by Philosophy for Children (P4C). Developed as a collaborative art and education initiative celebrating creativity, voice, and transition.
